Applicants who are initially selected will be subject to a suitability assessment before their appointment is confirmed. This may include eligibility verification, a review of publicly available social media content, previous engagement or employment history with Raptor Marketing Ltd (where applicable), right to work verification, and any other checks that PepsiCo or Raptor Marketing Ltd reasonably considers appropriate to assess an applicant's suitability for the Programme.
PepsiCo reserves the right to withdraw an offer, remove an applicant from the recruitment process or disqualify any selected individual if they provide false or misleading information, fail to meet the eligibility requirements, decline to participate in any required vetting, or if the outcome of any suitability assessment identifies conduct or other matters that, in PepsiCo's reasonable opinion, make them unsuitable to act as a Brand Ambassador or otherwise do not meet the standards expected of representatives of the poppi brand.
